By 1994, Connecticut gun laws were less strict than those of New York. Because of this, Michael Dobson went to the State to purchase a .32 caliber Ruger revolver for $298 from a gun store in Bridgeport. He later gave the gun to a hitman to kill his wife. The gun store owner was brought in to testify in Dobson's trial. (L&O: "Coma")
