Corey Daniel Stoll is an actor who played Detective Tomas Jaruszalski on Law & Order: Los Angeles. Prior to this, he guest-starred on Law & Order in the episode "Heart of Darkness" as Gerald Ruane.
Stoll received a Drama Desk Award nomination as Outstanding Featured Actor in a Play for Intimate Apparel, opposite Tony winner and Oscar nominee Viola Davis. He graduated from Oberlin College in 1998. He studied drama at Long Lake Camp For The Arts from 1988 through 1992. He has starred in several films, including North Country, Lucky Number Slevin, This Is Where I Leave You, The Report (both movies with Adam Driver) and Darren Cross / Yellowjacket in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film Ant-Man (with Bobby Cannavale, Anthony Mackie, and John Slattery), the TV movie A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story, Brief Interviews with Hideous Men, and Push. In 2010, he appeared in Helena from the Wedding and Salt. He also had a guest appearance on the "Sacrifice" episode of Numb3rs. He also appeared in The Strain as Dr. Ephraim Goodweather and Ratched (with Sarah Paulson, Vincent D'Onofrio, Finn Wittrock and Cynthia Nixon) as Charles Wainwright. He also starred in the Wolf Entertainment audio drama Dark Woods (with Monica Raymund and Reid Scott).
Since 2020, he has portrayed Michael Prince, a business rival to Bobby Axelrod, in the Showtime series Billions (with Maggie Siff, Frank Grillo, David Costabile, Condola Rashad, Jeffrey DeMunn, Kelly AuCoin, and Daniel Breaker).
In 2021, he starred as Corrado "Junior" Soprano (originally portrayed in the series by Dominic Chianese) in the HBO American crime drama film The Many Saints of Newark (with Jon Bernthal, Vera Farmiga, John Magaro, and Billy Magnussen) directed by Alan Taylor and written by David Chase and Lawrence Konner as a prequel to Chase's HBO crime drama series The Sopranos.
In 2021, he also starred as Peter in the HBO miniseries Scenes from a Marriage (with Oscar Isaac, Jessica Chastain, and Nicole Beharie), an English-language remake of the 1973 Swedish miniseries of the same name by Ingmar Bergman, which brought the series more critical acclaim.
Stoll became engaged to his girlfriend Nadia Bowers, an actress and descendant of Maximilian de Beauharnais and Joséphine de Beauharnais, in October 2014. They were married on June 21, 2015. They had their first child in October 2015.
