Plot

Briscoe and Green catch three murder cases and one kidnapping on the same day, and one murder is tied to a fourth murder that happened ten years ago. Each case apparently involves domestic disputes gone wrong.

Background information and notes

• This is episode is similar to a Season 4 episode "Mayhem", which depicts the detectives investigating multiple unrelated crimes in the same day.
• Goof: Michael Louis Wells is credited as "Matthew Clemens" in this episode and all his other episodes save the Season 15 episode "In God We Trust", where his first name is given as "Kevin" by ADA Alexandra Borgia.
• Hulu incorrectly lists this as episode 24 and places it after episode 23 "Smoke". The call Green that receives at the end of "Couples" is for the case that kicks off "Smoke".
