Craig Prince was the head of Radio Velocity, a military strategy office and secretly a pedophile who participated in the rapes of Michael Goren with his friend and fellow pedophile Andrew Croft.

Background[]

Prince used his position to cover up the crimes of sex offender Andrew Croft, who was a good friend of his and fellow pedophile. He and Croft would sexually abuse and murder a boy in Belgium but avoided any charges.

Because Croft's past was hidden, this allowed the latter to adopt an eight-year-old boy named Michael Goren. Prince would visit Croft and his ward in Millbrook, taking to joining Croft in sexually abusing Michael while being described as worse than Croft. This intensified after the pair moved to New York across the street from him.

Wrong Is Right[]

However, in 2000, Michael lashed out and killed Croft in revenge for his actions. When Special Victims Unit discovered Croft's past, they confronted Prince who feigned ignorance and stated Croft's criminal record was covered up to prevent trouble crossing country lines, much to the ire of John Munch.

After Michael was taken to court, he finally revealed that Croft raped him from his childhood to adolescence but also told SVU and A.D.A Alexandra Cabot about how Croft had brought in a friend to abuse him. Michael soon revealed Prince was his second abuser and that he covered up Croft's past, so they could have a victim to share. Michael also brought up how the two previously murdered a child.

While Prince held a meeting, Detectives Munch and Elliot Stabler arrest him and expose his crimes in front of his stunned colleagues. While doing so, the detectives reveal the grand jury indicted Michael on manslaughter charges but because of this evidence and his testimony, Cabot made a deal with Michael. Munch took great pleasure in using Prince's previous words against him after Stabler ensured the cuffs hurt the complaining Prince before he is taken away.

Prince was imprisoned for his crimes of endangering the well-being of a child and child molestation. (SVU: "Wrong Is Right")
