Cristobal Ruiz is a gang member who is affiliated with Bernanda Menendez.
History[]
Following the kidnapping of Sherie Alvarez and the imprisonment of Chaz, Cristobal meets Whelan who is undercover to infiltrate Bernanda's gang. After the two men are arrested, Cristobal expresses his respect to Whelan. When Bell posts Whelan's bail, Cristobal becomes hostile towards him and asks him to call his sister. Slootmaekers poses as Whelan's sister on the phone and tells him that she isn't giving him anymore money. After Cristobal, Bernanda and Whelan meet up and notice that Slootmaekers and Reyes are following them, Whelan speeds off in his car, which impresses Bernanda and Cristobal and the three of them go to meet who Bernanda and Cristobal call the Big Boss. Cristobal and Antonio kick Whelan out of their gang when Antonio tells him that he is bad news after he assaulted a police officer. Following a gang conflict, Cristobal is beaten up by Antonio and is found by Stabler. He is then shot by the police and later dies from his injuries. (OC: "The Infiltration Game")
