Damon Merced is the informant of Sunny Qadri, who employed him to kill her boss, Page Ferguson, when she stole drug money and told Merced Ferguson had it.

He worked for Qadri as an informant. When Qadri's friend discovered her indiscretions, she employed Merced to kill her for her. Merced carried out the task and kidnapped Ferguson with his girlfriend, Lakeisha Watkins, who kept cutting Ferguson to interrogate her, but Ferguson already self-harmed, so she didn't budge and tried to get away but failed. Once that was done, Merced threw her off a rooftop onto her own car, with Qadri arriving at the very moment to give herself an alibi.
To tie up loose ends, Qadri commissioned Angel Rivera to have Merced and Watkins killed, which he passed on to his girlfriend Gina and had carried out by a hitman to shoot the two dead in their apartment with an auto weapon. Qadri was found out and arrested, Rivera facing more charges in prison while Gina's charges were dropped so she could take care of her baby. (SVU: "Dirty")
