Dana Farhidi is a woman whose son, Owen, was kidnapped.
History
Dana was an irresponsible, lazy mother who often relied on other people to take care of Owen. This frustrated her ex-husband, Sam, to the point where he organised for Owen to be kidnapped and for Dana to be framed for it in order to teach her a lesson.
After questioning a distraught Dana, the Special Victims Unit realised that Sam was at fault and sent Dana undercover wearing a wire to get Sam to confess to the kidnapping plan, which succeeded.
