Daniel Hugh-Kelly (born on August 10, 1952 in Elizabeth, New Jersey) is an actor who played six different characters on Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Law & Order: LA.
He is known for his lead roles as Mark 'Skid' McCormick on the TV show Hardcastle and McCormick and as Noah Beckett on the show Second Noah (with Deirdre O'Connell). He also appeared in the films Cujo (with Dee Wallace) and Star Trek: Insurrection (with Brent Spiner and F. Murray Abraham).
