Danny Ryan is a locksmith framed by con artists Edward Crandall and Denise Cormier after he changed the locks of the homes of the duo's illegitimate spouses, Jessica Blaine and Curtis Johansen. Kits involved in Cormier's staged "rape" and Blaine's bludgeoning-"rape" were found planted in his van, and he was arrested and arraigned.
When Crandall's prints are found on the kit and Ryan's alibi is revealed, the detectives realize he was singled out by mistake, and Ryan's released. (SVU: "Greed")
