David Groh (May 21, 1939–February 12, 2008) was an American actor who portrayed Dr. Jacob Lowenstein in the Law & Order season 1 episode "Indifference" and the season 15 episode "Fixed". Groh also portrayed Judge Joel Thayer in the Law & Order season 4 episode "Censure".
Groh was most famous for his role as Joe Gerard on the 1970s sitcom Rhoda (with Ron Silver).
