Davis Webb is the founder of the Rights Alliance Foundation and the mastermind behind the murder of Jim Landy. Landy was an conservative agent provocateur doing reconnaissance on Webb’s liberal campaign organization. When Landy was revealed to have been stoking the flames of the activities to punk the organization with doctored footage, Webb ordered employees Arturo Ramirez and Marissa Rumstead to kill Landy.
Webb was also having an affair with his colleague, Courtney Owens another accomplice in the murder, having paid off Courtney’s husband Adam with company money to silence the scandal. Courtney got Adam to admit on the record he ordered action against Landy, so he took a plea for a reduced sentence. (L&O: “Fed”)
