Delia (surname unknown) is the new girlfriend of Zack Mohr, the abusive father of murder victim John Lasky. When Lasky was murdered, Mohr was tracked and even suspected of Johnny's murder. Delia, who was being abused just like Johnny and his mother Tori, didn't believe Zack's guilt and was proven right when Zack's alibi checked out.
Delia testified to the apartment being robbed of electronics, which led to Johnny's killer. Johnny was robbing Zack to pawn the items to live independently with Tori. Johnny was killed by his foster brother and accomplice, Chris Pollit, after he pawned some goods for himself and fought with Johnny when Delia was still in the house. (L&O: "Born Bad")
