Summary[]
After a deadly bombing claims the life of a spiritual leader, Stabler meets with an officer who is convinced that the crime is part of a larger conspiracy. Tensions rise within the task force as Slootmaekers struggles to get her team on board with Vargas' program.

- This episode marks the first appearance of Randall Stabler. It also marks the first time a sibling of Stabler appears as well as the first appearance of a Stabler family member that isn't a parent, spouse, offspring or grandchild.
- This is Tamara Tunie's first appearance on Organized Crime as Melinda Warner. Her last appearance as Warner on a Law & Order franchise show outside of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit was in the Law & Order: Trial by Jury crossover episode "Day" (she had also appeared in reused footage from the SVU episode "Soulless" in the Chicago Fire episode "We Called Her Jellybean").
