Desmond Harrington is an American actor who guest-starred as Tim Rainey in the Law & Order: Criminal Intent episode "Vacancy".
Harrington starred in the Dick Wolf produced show LA Dragnet and on the TV show Dexter (with Julie Benz, David Zayas and Lauren Vélez).
