Diane Harris is a Philadelphia reporter and a rape victim of basketball star Ken Jackson.

History[]

Jackson specifically was attracted to Diane and wanted her specifically to interview him. Afterwards, Jackson brought Diane put to his hotel room for drinks and coke, which she refused before she started to leave. Jackson pulled a gun, threatened Diane into undressing, and then raped her, then pluckily asking to have her number to call her later to ignore he raped her and hoped she would too. Wanting retribution, she demanded a payout with the threat of reporting, so Jackson’s wife Tiffany wrote a million dollar check for Diane.

Diane was questioned after Jackson raped and murdered Lauren Ford, and she detailed the rape. When the payout was revealed, she was subpoenaed for testimony, in spite of her originally threatening to to deny everything. Diane testified to everything, and the defense smeared her down to challenging the publicity she was getting, as far as an interview paying her fifty grand.

In the end, Jackson was found guilty and imprisoned for murder. (L&O: "Pattern of Conduct")
