Dominick (surname unknown) is an essayist in college who toured New York night and underground life with his friend Jordan. They went to score drugs from Enrique at a crack house and got by with a bribe for his enforcer Javier Medina.
Dominick and Jordan instead stumbled upon an unconscious Greta Heints, a victim of a brutal assault who was duct-taped to a mattress half-naked. Jordan was horrified, but Dominick was eager to rape her, down to his underwear by the time two cops arrested them both and Medina. Dominick alleged "trying to help" Heints, and both insisted to talk to Medina so the students could be released.
It's unknown what happened to Dominick and Jordan regarding possible legal penalties. (SVU: "Mother")
