Law and Order

Donald "Diggy" Wheeler is a friend of Tate and Liam Rivers who founded the Wheelhouse.

History[]

Ever since Diggy saw Willa Bartola, Diggy instantly felt an attraction to her and didn't like how Tate and Liam were treating her at the Wheelhouse. After Willa accused Tate and Liam of rape, Diggy felt guilty for taking the boys' side. After Diggy apologized to Willa via text, Willa went to the Wheelhouse for Diggy's apology under Jet's supervision on behalf of the Special Victims Unit. Diggy tried to talk his way out of the situation and claimed that the guys said that it was consensual sex. Tate and Liam then intimidate Willa into believing that the sex was consensual and that there was no rape. Benson then tells Rollins and Jet to move in and to arrest all three of them.

Tate and Liam are interrogated with their lawyer and Diggy also gets interrogated with his lawyer. After an incriminating post about the case is revealed, this leads to a riot between TikTok fans and the police. Diggy continuously tries to apologize to Willa for what happened. Later, Diggy posts a video saying that Willa was raped by Tate and Liam which threatens the case. Diggy gets on the stand and claims that he has feelings for Willa and was jealous that she gave Tate and Liam more attention than to Willa. Diggy then had a meltdown on the stand and was taken into custody by court officers.

Eventually, Tate and Liam are acquitted of rape. However, they are later discovered to have bribed two different jurors and are sentenced to seven years in prison. Diggy is released from prison and starts a Survivor's Squad at the Wheelhouse for survivors of sexual assault, discrimination, and mental health issues. (SVU: "Fast Times @ TheWheelHouse")
