Donna Leonte is the rape victim allegedly of Olivia Benson's half-brother Simon Marsden, the worst of a crime spree he was suspected of that was preceded by home burglaries. Donna picked Simon out of a lineup, causing Benson to help him go on the run until his name could be cleared.
It was revealed Julia Millfield, the captain on Simon's case, manipulated Donna into picking Simon out in the lineup. Millfield was the burglar and rapist all along, believing Simon tried to rape her sister and framing him to get revenge. In a standoff between Simon and Milfield, she was arrested and Simon was absolved of charges and released. (SVU: "Philadelphia", "Florida")
