Dorothy Rudd is a suspect in the murder of one of her foster children, Cassie. During her murder trial, another one of her foster children, Glenn, testified against her. Dorothy tried to intimidate Glenn while he was on the stand, staring Glenn down until ADA Cabot blocked her view and then loudly dropping her cane. Though she nearly succeeded, Glenn snapped and angrily testified about her actions.
Dorothy subsequently died of a massive heart attack in Rikers before her trial could conclude. (SVU: "Care")
