Eleanor Harding is the sister of Ted Driscoll and the sister in law of Nancy Driscoll. She was part of the Church of All Saints with the couple, but when they left their son Daniel to die from infection due to relying more on faith healing, Eleanor left the church and advocated for child protection laws to outlaw what got Daniel killed.
Eleanor found out her niece Dinah was dying similarly, so she tried to talk to Nancy in hopes of shaking her into calling for a doctor. Dinah died anyway, and the parents were found guilty of manslaughter at trial. (L&O: "God Bless the Child")
