Judge Ephraim Raymer is a corrupt judge and the murderer of Rachel Bender.
History[]
After Price found Rachel dead in the park, Raymer came under investigation and was defended by Attorney Daniel Strawn. In order to get evidence against Raymer, Price and Cosgrove and Shaw spoke with Raymer's law clerk, Tyler Minter, who claimed that Raymer was dumped by Rachel but would never hurt her. Cosgrove and Shaw speak to Raymer's ex-wife who tells them that Raymer was abusive and threatened to kill her many times. Price then threatened her with a subpoena to testify. At the trial, Tyler commits perjury on the stand which frustrates Price. Eventually, Raymer is found guilty of murder and imprisoned. (L&O: "Bias")
