Charlie Richards is the son of Diana and Andy Richards.

When Andy passed out in his home, Charlie went next door to Christian Garland, who rang an ambulance. When Diana cut herself to make it look like Andy attacked her, Charlie witnessed this and got Diana a band aid.
After Diana and Andy were taken into the precinct after Diana claimed Andy assaulted her, Charlie went next door to the Garland household, where they baked brownies. When Christian cut the brownies with a sharp knife, Charlie told him to be careful and also told him that his mother had cut herself with one that day, which disproved Diana's claim of Andy assaulting her.
