Florencia Lozano (born on December 16, 1969 in Princeton, New Jersey) is an actress who played three different characters on Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
She is known for her role as Téa Delgado on One Life to Live and General Hospital and as Claudia Messina on Narcos (with Pedro Pascal).
She was romantically involved with actor Christopher Evan Welch, who also appeared in Law & Order franchise in 1997, but after their breakup, they remained friends, which they were both featured in the 2002 Broadway revival of The Crucible until after his death.
