Floyd Cougat is the owner of two pornographic websites, Pornmonger and SugarFap, who has crossed paths with the Special Victims Unit twice.
History[]
During a case involving a ballerina being recorded without consent, Carisi and Rollins approach Floyd at the Pornmonger offices, asking him to show him the incriminating video posted two days ago. Carisi tells Floyd that there has been a complaint on the video and that he needs to take it down off his site. Floyd claims that it's just 'revenge porn' and they can't waltz in his office and flash a badge, expecting him to take a video down. When Rollins questions him, Floyd claims that it is his First Amendment right, but Carisi threatens him with a subpoena. Floyd eventually takes down the video. (SVU: "Dance, Lies and Video Tape")
Floyd crossed paths with the detectives again during a case involving a camgirl on SugarFap who was raped on camera. After Carisi and Benson meet with him about the video, Floyd tells them that it is consensual and socially distanced. However, Benson claims that she needs to speak to the victim, and Carisi gives him a subpoena for the victim's address. (SVU: "Turn Me On Take Me Private")
