Flutura Briscu is the wife of Albi Briscu, the sister-in-law of Agniezjka Bogdani, and the aunt of Reggie Bogdani. She was the madame of the Kosta Organization.

History

As a teenager, Flutura was sold by her father on the boat from Albania to America. For the duration of the journey, she was repeatedly raped and assaulted by various men. This is where she met future husband, Albi Bricsu. According to Flutura, Albi was the only man who did not hurt her. Though he was meant to take Flutura to a warehouse where other girls were being kept for the sake of human/sex trafficking, Albi took Flutura home and married her instead. (OC: "Unforgivable")

Flutura and Elliot, who was undercover as Eddie Wagner, started having an affair behind Albi's back. While Stabler was at Flutura's house, he drugged her drink so that he could snoop around the house. (OC: "For A Few Leke More")

Flutura was revealed to be sex trafficker who transports Albanian women into the United States, turning them into sex slaves. (OC: "The Good, The Bad And The Lovely")

After Stabler revealed his true identity to Flutura, Flutura said that she wasn't mad but she was hurt. Flutura also helped the Organized Crime Control Bureau in saving Albi after he takes a hostage.
