Frank Anthony Grillo (born June 8, 1965 in New York City, New York) is an actor who guest-starred on two episodes of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
Grillo's most prominent role has been that of Brock Rumlow/Crossbones in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The Winter Solider (with Maximiliano Hernández, Samuel L. Jackson, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, and Emily VanCamp), Captain America: Civil War (with Mackie, Stan, VanCamp, Chadwick Boseman, Hope Davis, and John Slattery), and Avengers: Endgame (with all others and Bradley Cooper, Winston Duke, Danai Gurira, Zoe Saldana, and Benedict Wong). He also reprised the role of Crossbones by voicing the character on the Marvel Cinematic Universe animated series What If....
Grillo also plays the character of Rick Flag, Sr. in the DC Universe, starting with the animated series Creature Commandos (with Indira Varma, David Harbour, and Viola Davis) and continuing in the 2025 film Superman.
Grillo also starred on the TV shows Kingdom (with Joanna Going and Jonathan Tucker) and the film The Grey (with Dallas Roberts and James Badge Dale).
He married his former Guiding Light co-star, Wendy Moniz-Grillo in October 2000, and separated from her in February 2020 and finalized their divorce in September 2020. The couple have two sons.
