Frank Leahy is a youth baseball coach who allowed Miguel Soto to play with forged credentials to beat the age requirements. Leahy also sent Miguels's father Victor to stop PI Mike Drucker from revealing the truth, resulting in Victor shooting Drucker in a fight.
