Frank Moretti is a mob boss and the rival of Robert Petrillo.
History[]
While investigating attacks on gay men, Moretti meets with Alex, who gives Moretti the money that Robert owes him. However, Moretti claims that it is not enough and asks Alex to get him more money. Later, after Alex gets arrested for attacking gay men, Alex gets sent to meet with Moretti while being surveilled by Bell and Stabler.
Alex then gets forced into a car with Moretti, who takes him to a warehouse. Alex then discovers that Moretti was keeping Robert inside the warehouse. Moretti then tells Robert to hand over his business to him or he will kill Alex. After Moretti discovers the wire that Alex is wearing, Moretti punches Alex and shoots Robert. Moretti then ends up getting arrested for his crimes along with Alex and Robert. (OC: "Tag:GEN")
