Frank Joseph Whaley (born July 20, 1963 in Syracuse, New York) is an actor who guest-starred on all three primary shows of the Law & Order franchise.
His roles include Brett in Pulp Fiction (with Samuel L. Jackson), Robby Krieger in The Doors, young Archie "Moonlight" Graham in Field of Dreams, and Guy in Swimming With Sharks. He also appeared in the films Born on the Fourth of July, The Freshman, A Midnight Clear, Swing Kids, Broken Arrow, and World Trade Center.
He helped founded the Malaparte theater company, along with James Waterston, Josh Hamilton, Robert Sean Leonard, Ethan Hawke, and Steve Zahn, until Malaparte officially dissolved in 2000, in part because the members wanted to devote more time to their children.
