Officer Fuller (first name unknown) is the former superior of Lieutenant Anita Van Buren and the head of security at the offices of the SavingsMart store franchise.
History[]
Fuller was under orders from executives to recover employee Derek Cahill's pants that were taken to the dry cleaners, as they had the blood of attorney Lily Yee, who was murdered by Cahill. Cahill blackmailed the company with revealed his scam of reselling contaminated toothpaste to cut back on costs, which Filler was also forced to participate in covering up.
After Fuller originally perjured himself to get the pants out of evidence and cover for the company, the contamination scandal was revealed. Fuller was convinced to assist in getting the pants reinstated by admitting his perjury, the prosecution originally promising the company wouldn't face a bad reputation. However, EADA Cutter plays on Fuller's guilt to encourage his testimony about the conspiracy. He goes on to reveal SavingsMart's coverups and quits his position in open court. (L&O: "Bottomless")
