Father Galva (surname unknown) is a Catholic priest and the uncle of thrill killer Joey Timon. Timon confessed to Galvanize he and Dale Kershaw shot and killed a food delivery boy, Matthew Wheeler, which Father Galva recorded on tape.
His archdiocese legally challenged the confession under religious legal grounds. It was refused as evidence for the prosecution, but Kershaw haw could use it for his defense. Timon took a plea to reduced prison time in exchange for testifying against Kershaw. (L&O: "Thrill")
