Garrett Howard is a man who raped and impregnated his stepdaughter, Mackenzie Tolliver.
History[]
He was previously married to Angela Tolliver, while adopting her daughter Mackenzie. Eventually, Angela died of an unknown illness and Garrett proceeded to take care of her daughter.
Soon he and Mackenzie fell in love and started a relationship, which resulted in her pregnancy.
He later murdered Mackenzie's drama teacher, Quentin Dreyfus, after Dreyfus suspected he was having a romantic relationship with Mackenzie. However, he was exposed and arrested for statutory rape and murder, currently serving twenty years for his crimes. (SVU: "The Good Girl")
