Gary Bell is a video voyeur and the accomplice of con artist Tom Metcalf. Bell was a doorman at the hotel Metcalf would reserve under a false name, where he lured women up under ruses of false identities to sexually extort them. Bell set up camera equipment to ensure Metcalf's crimes were all recorded.
Bell perjured himself on the stand to cover both their actions, claiming that victim Laura Collett repeatedly met Metcalf for sex. However, their high school history revealed their conspiracy, so Bell took a plea for testimony in exchange for a reduced sentence. Metcalf pleaded out to misdemeanor criminal impersonation in the end. (SVU: "Imposter")
