Gary Packer is a police officer who went undercover as a white nationalist to bust their illegal activities.

History[]

Packer went undercover to infiltrate the white nationalist, pretending to be a racist while secretly disgusted by their activities. Packer attended several marches in D.C. and Florida, while noticing their attacks were intensifying. During one trip, he met Rick Anderson and they had lunch that was served by a black waitress and he secretly disgusted when Anderson called her a derogatory term and feisty. However, he got key information from him when Anderson revealed that they were expanding to New York and kidnap several black women, something at the time he would deem as hot air. Packer was also flirted with by Anderson's wife, leading to mild flirting before she left for the bathroom, and he went through her wallet.

In 2020, he continued his assignment before he was accosted by Sergeant Odafin Tutuola and Detective Katriona Tamin, who needed to question him. To maintain his cover, he shouted racist insults at them and had to be restrained by Tutuola and was kneed in the groin by Tamin. When brought in the precinct, he maintained his cover until brought in the interrogation room and meeting Deputy Chief Garland. Baker then complained about how he was brought in, as Tutuola states they had to make it look real. He was then showed the video of Sara Harper being detained by Anderson who he recognized after hearing the familiar label that he called her and realized his threat in their last meaning was serious. Baker soon identified Molly Anderson, who was also identified by Alicia Ford, leading to her arrest.
