Gavin Stulner is an investment banker and a suspect in the murder of Luis Morales, who Stulner assaulted.
History[]
Stulner had prior charges for drunk and disorderly, as well as one charge of assault on an officer. He hated the homeless shelter in his neighborhood from having a problem with the homeless populations in the general, seeing them as less than human. When he stepped on vomit while walking home, he blamed Luis and attacked him, but Luis was strong enough to fight him back and make him leave.
When Luis was found murdered, Stuler was questioned. After his protest in interrogation against the American vagrant populations, he gave his alibi of a bar where he and his colleagues had drinks after work. (L&O: "Land Of Opportunity")
