Detective Geiger (forename unknown) is the detective assigned to case of the rape of Gina Maylor, who was raped three times by serial rapist Luke Dixon. Dixon broke into Gina's apartment by picking her lock, repeatedly raping her for hours while holding her hostage. She was forced to pee in a urine sample cup, then bathed and douched against her will in her own bathroom. Dixon made her kneel, stole her bedding, and threatened her with "I'll see you around". Dixon again raped and exploited Gina in the same ritual, breaking through her window to get in.
Geiger scarred and offended Gina when he openly voiced his confusion on why Dixon raped Gina again, which made Geiger interpret her statement as inconsistent and changed up. Traumatized and flashing back to the rape, it eventually turned into depression, which silenced Gina after Dixon raped and abused her a third time in a repeat of the ritual. Geiger was confronted by Stabler and Cragen. Geiger was appalled by his professionalism being challenged, snapping back when he was called out for his demeanor with Gina and returning to "real" victims whose cases he was assigned to, such as a baby killed in a microwave by their mother, a five-year-old who was being sexually abused by their uncle, and a college woman who was burned with acid and sodomized by her boyfriend she was breaking up with.
