Gemma Brooks is an actress and a rape victim of Sir Tobias Moore, a movie executive and serial sex offender of women under his employment or during auditions. When detectives were searching for more women to come forward, Gemma arrived at the precinct and attested to the rape Moore put her through, stating it was on a highline at Standard Motel, even providing a dress she was wearing when it happened.
Moore was arrested without a warrant from the D.A., and when the team spilled the details of the account, Moore realized it was Gemma. Despite all the details Gemma provided, even swearing to a coerced NDA, Gemma later appeared at a press conference and stated Moore and she had an affair for years, that Moore was a "mentor", despite not even extensively working together and Gemma attesting earlier it was due to the rape.
Gemma as later put on a plane for a production in New Zealand. Moore was arrested later in a sting where Katriona Tamin was brutalized and nearly raped by Moore, leading to numerous women coming forward with accusations written on protests signs at the courthouse, including Pilar Reyes, the first woman who came to the team.
