George Turner was a security guard who had connections to a sex trafficking ring.
History[]
Turner worked as head of security for the DCFS facility. Needing extra money to pay for his child's college education, he would sell the children at the facility to Bob Clinton, who gave him the assumption that he needed child actors, when really the children were used in child pornography. Three of the children he sold were Teddy Courtney, Jocelyn Cerpaski, and Henry.
When NYPD detectives and CPD Detectives uncover the ring, they learn from the head of DCFS that Turner had a role in the crimes. Realizing the cops were onto him, Turner fled but was pursued. He assaulted Sergeant Olivia Benson but was overpowered and he was brought in for his crimes. Turner was interrogated by SVU and tried to deny involvement, but CPD Sergeant Hank Voight came in and intimidated him, slamming him against the table as a way of showing him what the powerless kids endured until he was taken out by Benson.
Soon Turner was interrogated by Benson and Voight, being shown the video of a pleading Henry, heavily guilty at seeing his fear as he is abused while the detectives explain the impending fate of the child and how it will be on Turner's head. After he gives no answer to Benson about his recent increase in finance, she decides to use his fear of Voight to her advantage, by threatening to leave Turner to talk with Voight who made threatening advances on him. Immediately, Turner begged her not to leave him with the latter. He soon gave up some info by revealing that when delivering Henry, the man he sold him too was angry at him being late because he had to pay a toll. This later led to Bob Clinton's arrest and Henry's rescue.
Turner was imprisoned for his crimes of kidnapping, endangering the well-being of a child and accessory to child molestation.
