Gina Logan is Javier's most recent rape victim.

In 2012, during fleet week, Gina went out partying with her friend Courtney and they drank some beer at a nearby bar. Courtney hooked up with a sailor at the bar while Gina decided to go home. When Gina got to her apartment, she was blitz-attacked by Javier, who then bound her, tortured her, poured ammonia in her eyes to blind her, and raped her. After he left, she managed to grab a telephone and call 911, and the EMTs eventually took her to the hospital.
Gina is later interviewed by Detective Rollins about the rape. She tells Rollins she doesn't know who her rapist is but described him as Hispanic in a white naval uniform and that he never spoke. A nurse eventually stops the interview and tells them to come back tomorrow. Gina eventually gives Rollins a sketch of her rapist, though it is not that helpful.
After the Special Victims Unit starts to suspect Javier, Gina is called to make an identification and Detective Benson hands her a photo array. Gina initially struggles but eventually picks Javier's photo out. Gina then angrily confronts Benson on letting him operate for eight years, since Benson caught another man who was wrongfully convicted for another rape committed by Javier, and blames them for not catching him sooner.
