Gina Masconi is a New Jersey assistant district attorney and the wife of county prosecutor Bobby Masconi.

She presided over the case of strip club waitress and rape victim Clare Wilson, unable to notice Bobby raped her and set up her trial for fraud to silence her on the rape.
When Bobby was arrested for rape and Wilson picked him out in a lineup with Gina present, she was quite shocked to discover the truth of her husband's action. She requested to speak with Bobby alone, while representing him as his defense.
It can be presumed she couldn't avoid an acquittal for Bobby's crimes, and after the public scandal and smearing legal corruption, Gina likely resigned or was forced to retired, divorcing Bobby not long after. (SVU: "Jersey Breakdown")
