Gina Maylor is a woman who was repeatedly raped by serial rapist Luke Dixon. Dixon worked in the housing company supervising the apartment she was in. Along with numerous other women, Gina was stalked with the intention of raping her, Dixon wanting to deliberately get her pregnant from the rape. Picking her door's lock, Dixon threatened Gina with a switchblade and repeatedly raped her while holding her hostage in her apartment. Gina was then forced to leave her urine in a sample cup, before Dixon forced her into her bathtub, washing and douching evidence away from her. Gina was then force to kneel while Dixon took her bedding, cleaned the scene up, and threatened her with "I'll see you around".

Gina was later raped again despite all the safety precautions police helped her with. She woke up and saw her window was broken despite her new locks. Dixon repeated the entire ritual while raping and violating Gina. The detective on the case, Geiger, was confused by Gina's statement and believed she made it up, also assuming she broke the glass when he thought he saw shards outside the apartment, not inside. Gina was shocked, heartbroken, and traumatized from reliving the rape in flashbacks just from her statement being rejected. She ended up getting depressed, and when Dixon raped and abused her a third time through the same ritual, she stopped reporting. Geiger wasn't reprimanded, but Dixon was captured in a sting and arrested. Gina successfully picked Dixon out of a lineup with encouragement from Novak to help get Dixon imprisoned.

Tragically, an impending testimony was too much for Gina. She returned to her apartment, filled her tub with water, and committed suicide by slashing her wrists. Dixon, however, was arrested for the rape of Megan Carlisle, who did end up pregnant, and took a plea to confess to raping Megan, Gina, and over a dozen other women, including a woman who fought back Dixon killed named Elizabeth Hassenback.
