Glenn Rudd is a disabled teenager who witnessed his foster mother Dorothy Rudd kill his foster sister.
Glenn was a troubled teenager who was obsessed with playing video games, thus making him a suspect in the murder. However, Captain Cragen was able to get Glenn to tell him that Dorothy was responsible. Dorothy blatantly tried to intimidate Glenn while he was on the stand during her trial, staring Glenn down until Alexandra Cabot blocked her view and then loudly dropping her cane. Though Dorothy nearly succeeded in silencing Glenn, her final attempt backfired and caused Glenn to snap and angrily testify about Dorothy's actions. Afterwards, while Cabot managed to reunite his foster sisters with their biological mother, he was placed in another foster home. (SVU: "Care")
