Granya Marcil is the girlfriend of Steve Getz, who was also his accomplice in the rape of Ivy Bucci and the sexual harassment of her sister Milly.
History[]
Granya met Ivy at Central Park while she was walking her dog and offered her the chance to audition for Getz's modeling business. This gave Getz an opportunity to rape and harass Ivy. Granya later told Ivy to bring her sister Milly to a party, which resulted in Milly nearly being raped as well. During the ensuing investigation, Detective Tamin went undercover as Ivy and Milly's aunt and told Granya she knew what was going on. Granya offered Tamin $10,000 to keep her away from Getz. Soon, Getz and Granya were arrested for their parts in raping and harassing Ivy, which angered Granya.
When Getz and Granya were acquitted of any wrongdoing, Getz held a private party to celebrate on his yacht and invited Granya, Ivy, Milly, and the girls' mother, Donna. Granya acted smug towards Captain Benson and Sergeant Tutuola when they stopped by. (SVU: "Can't Be Held Accountable")
When Detective Rollins was kidnapped by an angry Frank Bucci, who demanded Getz be charged, the Special Victims Unit went to collect Ivy, Milly and Donna for questioning. Granya acted smug again towards Tamin, telling her she had missed a good party. Later, it was discovered that Judge Joe Ellery was blackmailed into dropping the charges against Getz. As a result, Granya was arrested once again along with Getz while boarding a jetplane and imprisoned for her actions. (SVU: "Must Be Held Accountable")
