Greg Hartley was an assistant for Nathan Speer. Hartley became infatuated with Nathan's seventeen-year-old daughter Janey Speer.
Janey had Turner syndrome, which slowed down her maturity, and therefore made her look like a child. As a result, Greg was accused of being a pedophile. He was ultimately not charged due to Janey being the legal age of consent. (SVU: "Clock")
