Haley Cole is a teenage prostitute who was kidnapped by serial killer Graham Winger.

Winger kidnapped Haley after taking her out for dinner. She was forced to make phone calls to her mother Dawn, revealing her lifestyle, as well as being chased in the woods by Winger and his dog while he shot his rifle at her.
Eventually, Detective Benson and the Special Victims Unit were able to save Haley, with Detective Amaro shooting Winger before he could kill both Benson and Haley. (SVU: "Hunting Ground")
