Hank Ludlow is a frat brother in Delta Kappa Delta at Hanford University and an acquaintance of Joe Templeton, Jr.. Ludlow passed out after a night of partying, being tossed a blanket by Templeton, Jr. When Kelly D'Leah was found to have been raped that night, everyone was considered suspects, Jr. being the prime one with a consistent history of serial rape on the university uncanny to Kelly's recall of details of when she was raped.
Ludlow previously testified in Jr.'s defense to get the university to turn a blind eye to the report of one student, Mandy Schumacher, which was successful. Ludlow was later arrested again on suspicion of raping Kelly when two rapists were identified, one conclusively being Joe from the same strain of gonorrhea. Ludlow testified he conked out the moment Jr. was raping Kelly and revealed Jr.'s accomplices, Tess Michner and Jodie Tomlinson. Ludlow was released when the second rapist, Wally Parker, was identified by a separate semen sample and arrested as well.
Ludlow was brought to testify during the trials of all four guilty parties. Jr. and Parker were acquitted but expelled from Hanford, while Michner and Tomlinson were imprisoned. (SVU: "Consent")
