Law and Order

Hannah Curtis is the wife of a conservative church reverend, Jeb Curtis.

History[]

Jeb was suspected of the murder of Richard Antrim out of assumptions the two were having a sexual affair and was trying to keep it quiet. When the media got an alert, so did Hannah, who furiously pulled a gun and shot Jeb in a rage. He lived, and he didn't even press charges out of forgiving and still loving his wife.

It was revealed their son Paul Curtis was the real boyfriend of Richard, Jeb having split the two up and briefly bribed Richard to stay away. Jeb sent Paul to a "conversion camp", but that only scarred Paul from the brutalization and broke their family relationship. Jeb lost one of his sons who was killed while serving as a soldier in Iraq, which pushed Jeb to rush to save his relationship with Paul out of finally remembering his love for his son again out of not wanting his family to be torn apart.

Jeb's assistant, Trent Labette, killed Richard from finding Jeb incapable of upholding a position of faith from refusing homophobia, Trent taking it upon himself to "save" the church. After Trent was arrested, Hannah asked the detectives to take her to see Paul and Jeb. She apologized for her actions and was happy that he forgave her. She and her family reconciled. (SVU: "Sin")
