Judge Harvey Frye is a corrupt family court judge on the custody battle case of Clay Darren, Jr. between his celebrity parents, director Clay Darren and actress Christine Mayfield.

History[]

Judge Frye, a man married to couples' therapist Monica, was seduced by Mayfield into an affair to sway Frye in her favor In a moment of conscience, Frye was ready to vote for Clay and call off the affair out of remorse, which Mayfield's private investigator Ronald Hawk found out and reported to Mayfield, who also had sex with hawk to use him. Mayfield got revenge by stealing Hawk's gun and shooting Monica dead through her kitchen window, first in her shoulder, then with one more fatal shot.

Frye was suspected of being the original target, as Clay was suspected due to a video of him threatening the judge disseminating to the public. He eventually admitted to detectives his trysts with Mayfield, eventually leading to Mayfield's arrest when Judge Frye testified against her. It's presumed he was disbarred from the law over his perversion of the course of justice. (CI: "Courtship")
