Hazelle Goodman (born Hazel Goodman on February 16, 1959 in Trinidad and Tobago) is an American actress of Trinidadian descent who portrayed Mrs. Gordon in the Law & Order season 14 episode "Can I Get a Witness?"
Goodman was the first African-American actress with a prominent role in a Woody Allen film when she portrayed Cookie in 1997's Deconstructing Harry. She also had a recurring role as Georgia Rae Mahoney in Homicide: Life on the Street.
