Heather Stark is a woman who was carjacked and raped by an unidentified assailant. She mistook the assailant for serial rapist Martin Trenway and reported her rape when she saw his picture in the papers while he was on trial for raping Nikki West.
However, Trenway's DNA was ultimately not a match to that of Heather's rapist. Because her statute of limitations ran out, she would never be able to see her rapist prosecuted even if he was correctly identified. (SVU: "Recall")
